Return and Refund
At Jaxon Adventure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from Jaxon Adventure within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Any included accessories or promotional items are also returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Products marked as final sale or clearance items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) with all original packaging and accessories. Include the RA number on the outside of the return package.
Ship the Item: Send the return package to the address provided in the RA instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. The refund for the returned item will be processed once we receive it.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will cover the shipping costs for returns in these cases.
